TLDR: Change of owner? Quality has really plummeted. When they sent the wrong piece, they offered a nominal refund and basically screwed me over. More Detail: The piece was smaller than the dimensions I ordered. I offered to rebuild the shower curb to fit the incorrect dimensions if they gave me a full refund. That would cost me a couple hours work, so it would be a wash for me. They said it was their supplier's fault and offered $20 back. I replied that the (granite) piece is significantly thinner, and therefore worth at least $20 less. I asked them to knock an extra $20 off to compensate me for my time rebuilding to fit the wrong dimensions. They politely refused & sent me a return label, which would set the project back 2 weeks.
