DUDE!!! The packaging on this was the best!! I was wondering how you were gonna keep UPS from smashing it. Bloody brilliant!! a chunk of 2x4 & a ton of plastic & bubble wrap!! It is perfect!! exactly the right size and I am gonna go out & find some Thin-set to install it tomorrow!!! Super responsive & helpful!! WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM AGAIN!!! Sooo Excited!!! TY!!! (and I have an extra chunk of 2x4 to use - always handy!!)
